All new advanced purchase & pre-paid reservations booked from 17th March 2020 for any future arrival date will be liable for charge. Should you wish to maintain the right to cancel free of charge then we strongly recommend booking one of our “best flexible” rates.

Check-in at The Old Ship Hotel is 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out options are available at an extra cost but are subject to availability.

There is limited parking available at the Old Ship Hotel.

WiFi is available throughout the hotel at no extra cost.

From the M25 motorway: Exit at Junction 7 onto the M23 south. Continue on the M23 onto the A23. Follow signs to Brighton and on reaching the town, follow signs for the sea front. Turn onto the Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you’ll find the hotel centrally positioned overlooking the promenade. From the South West/Exeter: Follow the A30 to Honiton and join the A35 passing Dorchester turning onto the A31. Take the A31 onto the M27 continuing onto the A27 all the way to Brighton. Follow signs for Brighton sea front, turn onto Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you’ll find the hotel centrally located overlooking the promenade.

We are a 13 minute walk from Brighton train station. Simply leave the train station and follow Queen’s Road down towards the seafront. Turn left onto King’s Road to find The Old Ship Hotel.

Yes, the hotel is accessible for wheelchair users, however certain room types may not be suitable. Please make sure to call the hotel if you have any concerns or requirements, and our friendly team will be happy to assist.
